Ultimate V contains an award winning and patented blend of clinically researched Lactobacillus strains, proven to reach the vagina alive. Lactobacillus species are the most common bacterial species found in a healthy vagina, contributing to vaginal health by promoting a balanced urogenital microbiome. Ultimate V also contains biotin, which contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes.
pH Test Kit is a single-use vaginal applicator with an integrated pH indicator. Designed to help monitor intimate health and support early detection of imbalances in the vaginal environment, particularly during pregnancy, after antibiotic use, in peri or post menopause.
Recommended use
Maintenance use for vaginal probiotics:
Maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome by taking Ultimate V daily. The biotin in Ultimate V will support the maintenance of muscous membranes, such as those found in the vagina.
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food in the morning.
Intensive use:
If recommended by your healthcare professional, the daily dose can be increased to 2 capsules a day.
Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.

Instruction for use
pH Test: This test provides a simple way to measure vaginal pH. The vaginal canal should reside at an acidic pH between 3.7- 4.5.
An acidic environment helps protect against infections by inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria and yeasts.

Your vaginal pH is the value which you believe is the closest match to the colorimetric card.
