Dr Rosalind Simpson

Consultant Dermatologist

Rosalind Simpson is a consultant dermatologist and researcher in Nottingham. After receiving her medical degree from the University of Nottingham in 2004, she gained postgraduate qualifications in Medicine (MRCP), Dermatology (MRCPDerm), Health Research (PGCert)
and completed a PhD.

Roz treats all types of skin conditions including skin cancers, but has a specific interest in women’s health 
and vulval dermatology. Her current research focuses 
on improving diagnosis, treatment and outcomes 
for people with lichen sclerosus, a common genital 
skin complaint.

Roz enjoys writing and editing, which has led to several roles as Associate Section Editor for an international dermatology journal as well as being co-author for two successful textbooks.

Dr Jo Bailey

Consultant Gynaecologist

Jo Bailey graduated from Glasgow University Medical School in 1993 and completed training in Obstetrics 
and Gynaecology in Newcastle. She moved to the South-West for advanced training in the treatment of gynaecological cancer and never left, being appointed
as a consultant in 2006.

As an established consultant gynaecologist Jo brings her experience and expertise in looking after women across the range of gynaecological issues at all stages of life. Jo joins Pelvic Relief as our senior advisor on all things gynaecological and keeps our facts on track.

Jo says “As a gynaecologist I have been fascinated by 
the impact of the vaginal microbiome on vaginal health. 
I am delighted to be joining Pelvic Relief with their unique proposition for vaginal wellbeing and improving the lives of women."

Jessica Childs

Intimate Health Specialist

Jessica Childs qualified as a Nutritional Therapist (DipCNM ANP CNHC) in 2017 from the College for Naturopathic Medicine, London. She has completed further study in women’s genitourinary health and is a member of the Human Microbiome Guild, under Dr. Moira Bradfield Strydom. She also holds a first class Masters degree from the University of Edinburgh in Psychology and Business.   

Jess has supported many women with chronic conditions of the bladder and genital tract in private clinic. She uses functional testing to understand ongoing drivers of symptoms, and subsequently creates holistic diet, lifestyle and supplement plans, alongside medical interventions, to achieve better health. 

Jess has extensive experience with private microbiome testing and enjoys applying these insights for clients of Pelvic Relief.

Eleanor Gardner

Founder & CEO

Pelvic Relief was founded in 2014 by Eleanor Gardner. Pelvic Relief is a British company dedicated to excellence in pelvic health. In partnership with medical professionals, we offer a carefully curated range of best-in-class products to support recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Eleanor is a former international athlete and mother of three, with a lifelong commitment to women’s health and advocacy. With 20 years experience in medical devices, she has built trusted partnerships with patient groups, charities and practitioners across the UK. A recognised leader in pelvic health, Eleanor combines her clinical background in physiotherapy with her passion for empowering individuals to access the right care and support.

Kitty Turner

Legal & Commercial Director

Kitty Turner is an experienced commercial lawyer, with broad experience in both private practise and working in-house, advising on a wide range of legal aspects (including commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection and privacy and regulatory compliance).

Kitty has worked in a number of different sectors, having worked at MarioTestino+, ScienceMagic (PR), Ouronyx (cosmetics), ChildsFarm (cosmetics), the Rugby Football Union (sport/national governing body), the Natural History Museum (culture) and Emap (publishing).

As a conscientious and positive member of the Pelvic Relief team, Kitty fosters collaboration and works seamlessly with others to drive our success.

Anna Rose

Marketing Director

With marketing and media experience spanning PR, 
film and TV documentary production, Anna's career has been shaped by a deep passion for communication 
and honest human storytelling. Anna’s work has always centered on connecting with everyday people, breaking down taboos, and fostering open, meaningful conversations about topics often left unspoken.

Now focused on empowering women to take control 
of their intimate health, she brings her communication expertise to spark dialogue, inspire confidence, 
and encourage self-advocacy. Anna is dedicated 
to creating a supportive space where women feel informed, empowered, and held in their health and wellness journeys.

Lisa Gahan

Policy Director

Lisa joins Pelvic Relief with over 23 years of consulting experience working for clients such as the United Nations, bi-lateral aid agencies, all levels of government and a wide range of global and local non-profits.

Her expertise spans strategy and policy development, operational excellence, and monitoring and evaluation. She has worked across the UK and US, and for more than a decade has focused on projects in Africa and the Middle East.

Lisa is pursuing doctoral research, developing a systemic model for achieving reproductive justice for women and girls in South Africa - a cornerstone for advancing women’s and children’s rights and broader socio-economic development.

Josh Taylor

Strategic Director

Josh brings over 20 years of experience in prescription and OTC healthcare, with a special focus on telemedicine and remote patient care. His journey in digital health began in 2004 when he founded Atlantis Healthcare in Europe, helping grow the business before its successful acquisition in 2010.

Since then, Josh has continued to develop and scale innovative digital health solutions - from SaaS platforms to app-based tools such as GUARDIAN CRM, getcleared.com, Healthcare. Anywhere, and TheraVR.

At Pelvic Relief, Josh draws on this background to explore new ways technology can support women’s health, improve access to care, and create practical solutions for patients and practitioners alike.
