Ultimate UT is an award winning and patented blend of vaginal Lactobacillus strains, and added D-mannose, a naturally occurring sugar related to glucose. D-mannose is thought to help prevent certain types of bacteria, such as E.coli, a common uropathogen, from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract, reducing the risk of infection.

The bacteria that cause Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) tend to originate in the gut, but they can also be present in the vaginal microbiome if protective species like lactobacillus are reduced. To cause a UTI, these microbes ‘translocate’ from the vagina, or sometimes even from a partner. Sex, exercise and being dehydrated are common triggers for bladder infections.

Recommended use

Ultimate UT can be safely taken alongside prescription antibiotics or anti-fungals. Ideally take the probiotic 2-4 hours away from an antibiotic. If you are unsure about other medications, please check with your doctor

If you have diabetes, talk with your doctor before taking D-mannose. This is because D-mannose is a type of sugar that is related to glucose.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If symptoms persist, please speak to your doctor.

Instruction for use

Sprinkle the contents of 1 sachet over your food, or, if you prefer, dissolve in a large glass of water and mix well. Ultimate UT is best taken with food.

Maintenance use:
Maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome by taking Ultimate UT daily. Take 1 sachet daily, preferably with food in the morning.

Intensive use:
To relieve symptoms, Ultimate UT can be taken 3 times a day for the first three days, then reduced to 2 sachets a day for the next two days, and continued with a maintenance dose of 1 sachet daily for the remainder of the pack.

Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
Keep below 25°C.
