Top 5 microbes

This part of the report illustrates which microbes are dominating the environment. For ease of reading the report, we have outlined the top 5 species in the vaginal microbiome at the time of doing the test. The measurement we use for calculating the load of the microbe present is: total genomic copies per microliter of solution of extracted DNA. Ideally, we want to see beneficial bacteria dominating this chart.
